Home is the Inkerman!
Lots on renovation done including extra insulation, converting the attic to a room, installing wood burning stove and the major task building an extension with an oak frame and straw bale walls.
Jake, Polly and myself share the house and garden with a cat, four guinea pigs, three chickens and depending on the time of year up to 50,000 bees.
We grow some of our own produce and regularly make our own conserve with rosehips and apples. The adjacent park yields sloes for our annual sloe gin.
The garden also houses the Inkerman Cottages Light Railway!
